Video Conference with Coaches and Athletes of the wildcard applicants of Tokyo 2020

Nepal Olympic Committee held a conference call with the Coaches and Athletes of the wildcard applicants of Tokyo 2020 including Doctors, Psychologist and Journalists. There were total of 35 participants in the conference meeting.
President of NOC/Member of Parliament Honorable Jeevan Ram Shrestha asked about the daily activities and preparations that the athletes and coaches are engaged indoor. President Shrestha added that this is the time to be careful and work on self. He said that NOC is working on a schedule of the athletes and will keep following up on their progress.
The responsibility of the inspection and progress of the Athletes Secretary General of NOC Mr. Nilendra Raj Shrestha, Executive Director of NOC Mr. Chaturananda Raj Baidhya and Executive Secretary Mr. Sujan Lal Shrestha.
The Panel of Doctors that NOC appointed is also closely monitoring the athletes and coaches. In the meeting Deputy Secretary of NOC and Vice President of NSC Mr. Pitamber Timshina informed about the situation of the Prize money announced by the Government to the winners of South Asian Games.
Olympian Deepak Bista suggested that Athletes should also be independent and train themselves. All the Athletes gave their updates and told the ways they were getting ready.
It is decided that a weeklong Psychological Course will be given to these athletes and coaches through conference call by Chairperson of Sports Psychology Commission Mr. Indra Gurung.
