Sports Delegates from United Kingdom met with the President of Nepal Olympic Committee Mr. Jeevan Ram Shrestha. Mr. Simon Morton (Chief Operating Officer of UK Sport), Ms. Catherine Sweet (International Relations Advisor of UK Sport) and Mr. Steve Flynn (Operation Director of Great Britain Taekwondo) met with President Shrestha to talk about the development of Taekwondo and other sports in Nepal. There were talks about different strategies and opportunities in order to expand the influence of sports.
President of Nepal Taekwondo Association Mr. Prakash Samsher Rana and Olympian Mr. Deepak Bista were also present in the meeting.
