Nepal Olympic Committee Organizes Art Festival for Aichi Nagoya Asian Games

The Nepal Olympic Committee successfully organized an Art Festival in Lumbini on March 21 and April 18 as part of the promotional activities for the upcoming 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games.

The festival, themed “Sports and Peace,” brought together young students from different schools to express their creativity and support for the Asian Games through art. A total of 100 participants took part in the first event held in Lumbini, while 35 participants joined the second event on April 18 on Galaxy Public School, Gyaneshor, Nepal.

The top five artworks from both boys and girls categories were selected, and these artworks will be displayed during the Asian Games.

Girls Category:

  • Swoakshya Shrestha – Belpuspa Shikshyalaya
  • Krisha Shah – Galaxy Public School

Boys Category:

  • Samyan Pulami Magar – Belpuspa Shikshyalaya
  • Sachin Magar – I Josepin Public School
  • Aryan Ku. Shah – Joseph High School
  • Devhang Rai – Joseph High School
  • Pritam Raj Shah – I Josepin Public School

The Nepal Olympic Committee congratulated the coordinator of the event Mr. Saphal Ram Shrestha and all the selected students and appreciated the enthusiastic participation of young artists in promoting the values of sportsmanship, friendship, and peace through art.
