President of NOC Mr. Jeevan Ram Shestha, bid farewell to five talented badminton athletes set to compete in the Li Ning Sri Lanka International Series 2024 in NOC Building Satdobato, Laltipur. The event, running from February 5th to 11th, holds Olympic Qualifying status, helping the athletes' in hopes for Paris 2024.
President Shestha encouraged the departing athletes, namely Prince Dahal ( Olympic Solidarity Holder), Rashila Maharjan, Abaya Mahara, Kabir KC, and Rihana Serchan.
President Shestha told the athletes, emphasizing confidence as the key to success, as they embark on this crucial journey representing Nepal.
In the program President of Nepal Badminton Association Mr. Ramji Bahadur Shrestha along with the delegates of Nepal Badminton Association were also present.
