Mental and Physical fitness Seminar for coaches in coordination with Atman (Japan) and Colorbath (Japan)

Under the 2020 Olympic Preparation Program Nepal Olympic Committee organized a Mental and Physical fitness Seminar for coaches in coordination with Atman (Japan) and Colorbath (Japan) in the Olympic Building. Japanese coach Ms.Miyuki Kosuga from Atman thought Nepalese coaches different techniques to increase efficiency of the players. She emphasized on winning Mentality and Body positioning of the players.
Coaches from Fencing, Swimming, Triathlon, Judo, Shooting, Boxing and Athletics were present in the program.
Today’s program was the 1st program among the series of programs to follow in the future in collaboration with Jikei Gakuen School Corporation, Japan for the 2020 Olympics slated to be held on Japan.
Tomorrow there will be a similar training in the Army Camp, Lagankhel for the Taekwondo Athletes.
