Farewell program for 25th Asian Alpine Ski Championship for the Children

Nepal Olympic Committee held a farewell program for the participants of 25th Asian Alpine Ski championship for children slated to be held in Lebanon at Mzaar Ski Resort on March 3-7, 2016. Mr. Jeevan Ram Shrestha, the President of NOC as well as Nepal Ski Association and Deputy Secretary of NOC Rajiv Shrestha represented NOC. President Shrestha wished success to the team and emphasized on the growth and experience that will bring in the future from events like these. There were 6 participants where 4 were players namely Ms. Gauri Maya Tamang, Ms. Sajani Lama, Mr. Tshering Tenzing Lama and Mr. Nivranshu Shahi. Mr. Sher Bahadur Gurung, the Coach of the team and Ms. Laxmi Shahi, the Team Manager are also travelling with them. In the program, Treasurer of Nepal Ski Associaition Mr. Jitendra Shrestha and Mr. Bijay Shrestha, the Secretary of Ski Association were also present.
