Meeting Between NOC and NSC regarding Preperation of South Asian Games

President of South Asian Olympic Council/ President of NOC/ Member of Parliament Honorable Jeevan Ram Shrestha chaired a meeting with Member Secretary of National Sports Council Mr. Ramesh Silwal regarding the preparation of South Asian Games slated to be held in Nepal.
The meeting decided on:
Handbook will published till August 24, 2019
The deadline of the entry by Sports for Participating South Asian countries will be on 30th September, 2019.
The deadline of the entry by Name for Participating South Asian countries will be on 31st October, 2019.
In the meeting NSC Vice President Pitamber Timalshina, Member Secretary of NSC Mr. Ramesh Silwal, Vice President of NOC Mr. Purendra Bikram Lakhe; Executi ve Members of NOC Mr.Tej Gurung, Mr. Ashok Bajracharya, Mr. Nilendra Raj Shrestha; 13 SAG Secretariat Mr. Kamal Khanal, Department Heads of NSC : Mr. Kul Bahadur Thapa, Mr. Arjun B.K, Mr. Rikhee Pokhrel and Executive Secretary NOC Mr. Sujan Lal Shrestha were present.
