Honorabe member of parliament and President of Nepal Olympic Committee Jeevan Ram Shrestha and President of Nepal Golf Association Tashi Ghale bid farewell to Subash Tamang and Sukra Bahadur Rai who left for Danang, Vietnam Today to participate in 13th Faldo Series Asia Grand Final to be played at Laguna Lang Co, Danang, Vietnam.
The event will be played over 54 holes from 20-22 March. Both players have won the professional tournament this season on Surya Nepal Golf Tour. 20 years old, Sukra, who performed very well last year by finishing in top five in the age category is eying to clinch the title this year. And 16 year old Subash has qualified for the first time and going to the tournament with high expectation.
Honorabe member of parliament and President of Nepal Olympic Committee Jeevan Ram Shrestha extended best wishes to the players and said both young players should do their best to bring trophy home. He also said that Golf is a part of the South Asian Games and we have high expectation from the players.
