President of Nepal Olympic Committee Mr. Jeevan Ram Shrestha bid farewell to Mr. Omkar Singh (Athlete of Nepal Fencing Association) during a ceremony on Tuesday. On that occasion, President Shrestha said that the objective of NOC is to produce skilled manpower in sports management.
Mr. Singh is going to Seoul National University of South Korea for Masters Studies in sports management under the 'Dream Together Masters Programme' for two years.
The Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) has selected for this study on the recommendation of the NOC
