The 16th Extraordinary General Assembly of the Nepal Olympic Committee (NOC) was successfully concluded on December 03, 2024 at 8:00 AM in the NOC Building. The meeting had active participation from 26 General Assembly members among 27 total GA members, demonstrating a strong commitment to marching towards the good governance of sports in Nepal.
A significant milestone was achieved during the assembly with the approval of the amendment to the Constitution of the Nepal Olympic Committee. The proposal for the constitutional amendment, which was tabled before the assembly, received overwhelming support, approved with more than two-thirds majority of the GA members.
