On the occasion of Olympic day 2016, Open indoor Archery championship was held in Swembhu Recreation center. Inogorated by NOC president Jeevan Ram Shrestha. The program started by the first shot from President Shrestha.
Two events was held where in Compound event Mr. Prasida Acharya secured first place with Mr. Sanatan Malla and Mr. Prajit Agarwal secured second and third respectively. In Recurve boys event Mr. Ramesh Bhattchan, Mr. Prakash Gurung and Wangal Gurung secured first, second and third respectively. Where as in girls event Ms. Ayusha Taming, Gyanu Aware and Anita Gurung secured first, second and third respectively.
The medals and certificates to the winners were distributed by President Shrestha.
