NOC Organized a Condolence meeting in the Memory of Late Mr. Sita Ram Maskey

Nepal Olympic Committee held a Condolence meeting in the Memory of Late Mr. Sita Ram Maskey (21 Jan, 1948 – 27 Oct, 2018) in premises of Olympic Building, Satdobato. Late Mr. Maskey was the Vice President of NOC from 2007 to 2015 and was actively involved in different sports.
Personals from executive board of NOC( President, Vice Presidents, Deputy Secetary General and Members), representatives from different sport associations and Journalists came to show their grief and gave their respect by offering flowers and bouquets to the recently deceased photograph. There was a moment of silence of 1 minute in the begining of the program.
In the program President of NOC/Member of Parliament Honorable Jeevan Ram Shrestha talked about how influential Late Mr. Maskey was to the development of Sports and shared different experiences they had.
Secretary General of Nepal Weightlifting Association Mr. Parth Sarathy Sen Gupta, Executive Member of NOC Mr. Nilendra Shrestha and Representative from National Sports Council Mr. Rim Ranabhat shared their experiences as well and said few words about Late Mr. Maskey.
