Nepal Olympic Committee signed a MOU with Children of Asia Games International Committee on September 25, 2016 in Da-Nang, Vietnam. The MOU was signed by President of NOC Mr. Jeevan Ram Shrestha and President of CAGIC Mr. Dmitry E. Glushko in English as well as in Russian Language.
The MOU was signed to further develop their cooperation in the field of sport and enhance harmonious relationships between the NOC and CAGIC in order to promote sportsmen and sportswomen of Nepal and Russia, in order to assist with mutual understanding, respect and benefit.
These were the points they agreed upon:
Both parties will commit to development of an increased cooperation in the field of Sport.
Both parties will enhance their cooperation and encourage meaningful sport exchanges in cooperation with sports organizations of Nepal and Russia.
CAGIC agrees to support the trainings of Nepalese athletes and coaches in Russia and provide the technical assistance and sports equipment upon request by the NOC Nepal.
Children of Asia Games International Committee will support NOC Nepal to pursue the academic skill of Coaches and Sports Managers in Russia.
Taking the advantage of High Altitude in Nepal, NOC Nepal will assist the athletes of Russia for the training and sports competitions in Nepal.
