In order to provide the basics training to coaches and update new rules and regulations of the International Federation (IF), All Nepal Lawn Tennis Association has successfully organized the Olympic Solidarity Technical course for coaches (ILTF Level One) that supported by the Nepal Olympic Committee.
The Course was stared on 29 May 2014 and concluded on 9 June 2014. Altogether 24 enthusiastic coaches were participated in the courses. The course was conducted by the three star experts Mr. Suresh Kumar from India.
In accordance to the course, it included theory, practical & examination portion. At the end of the program President of Nepal Olympic Committee distributed the diploma to the participants.
On the auspicious of commemoration of Modern Olympic Games, NOC/ Nepal is planning to organize ten days with Fifteen different Programs. The First day there were 500 cyclist during the cycle rally On Saturday in 14th June 2014.
National Olympic Academy (NOA) has been re-formed under National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Nepal on January, 2014. It is formed to extend olympic movement and education in olympism to propagate the ideas of discipline, peace and brotherhood associated with them. NOA executes by the board of 9 members. As a start-up program, NOA has been organizing an orientation program, "Know about Olympism", to all the concern people.
